Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain the general safety of customers, employees, and the distribution center
- Assess and respond to emergency situations
- Perform monitoring and surveillance activities to identify indicators of internal or external theft and fraud
- Conduct external and internal investigations, documenting all Asset Protection incidents properly
- Prepare and complete reports on theft incidents, merchandise recoveries, accident investigations, and audits
- Reduce and control inventory loss through audits and training initiatives
- Support and participate in store operations programs
