Role & Responsibilities
- Conduct end‑to‑end investigations into internal and external theft, fraud and suspicious activity affecting retail and distribution channels.
- Review and analyse CCTV footage, POS exception reports and transaction data to identify loss patterns and reconstruct incidents.

Qualifications
- Proven investigative experience in retail loss prevention, asset protection or private investigations within a luxury or premium retail environment.
- Demonstrable knowledge of CCTV review, POS analytics, evidence handling and report writing.
- Proven ability to liaise effectively with external authorities and internal stakeholders, including legal and HR teams.
