Role & Responsibilities
- Investigate suspected theft, fraud, and other asset loss incidents within retail and operational environments
- Conduct interviews with employees, customers, and third parties to gather evidence and establish facts
- Review security footage, point-of-sale data, and other operational records to identify patterns and vulnerabilities
- Document findings in detailed reports and maintain accurate case files for legal and compliance purposes
