Role & Responsibilities

  • Maintain general safety of customers, employees, and store premises
  • Perform monitoring and surveillance to identify indicators of internal or external theft and fraud
  • Conduct internal and external investigations into suspected loss incidents
  • Document all loss prevention incidents, theft reports, merchandise recoveries, and accident investigations with proper procedures
  • Prepare comprehensive reports on theft incidents, audit findings, and accident investigations
  • Reduce and control inventory loss through audits and employee training
  • Assess and respond to emergency situations on-site
  • Support and participate in store operations programs

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1+ years of experience in Loss Prevention or Asset Protection
