Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain general safety of customers, employees, and store premises
- Perform monitoring and surveillance to identify indicators of internal or external theft and fraud
- Conduct internal and external investigations into suspected loss incidents
- Document all loss prevention incidents, theft reports, merchandise recoveries, and accident investigations with proper procedures
- Prepare comprehensive reports on theft incidents, audit findings, and accident investigations
- Reduce and control inventory loss through audits and employee training
- Assess and respond to emergency situations on-site
- Support and participate in store operations programs
Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ years of experience in Loss Prevention or Asset Protection
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Conflict management and investigative expertise
