Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain the general safety of customers, employees, and facilities
- Assess and respond to emergency situations with appropriate protocols
- Perform monitoring and surveillance activities to identify indicators of internal or external theft and fraud
- Conduct thorough internal and external investigations, documenting all Asset Protection incidents in accordance with company standards
- Prepare and complete detailed reports for all theft incidents, merchandise recoveries, accident investigations, and audits
- Reduce and control inventory loss through systematic audits and comprehensive employee training programs
- Support and participate in store operations programs and related initiatives
Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ years of demonstrable experience in Loss Prevention or Asset Protection
- Customer-focused mindset with strong interpersonal awareness
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Basic proficiency with computer software and related technology platforms
- Strong investigative and conflict management capabilities
- Ability to respond quickly to unexpected situations and changes in operational direction
- Flexibility to work variable schedules according to operational requirements
