Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain safety of customers, employees, and distribution center premises
- Assess and respond to emergency situations
- Perform surveillance and monitoring activities to identify theft and fraud indicators
- Conduct internal and external investigations and properly document all Asset Protection incidents
- Prepare comprehensive reports on theft incidents, merchandise recoveries, accident investigations, and audits
- Reduce and control inventory loss through targeted audits and staff training
- Support and participate in store operations programs
Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ years of Loss Prevention or Asset Protection experience
- Strong investigative and conflict management skills
- Customer-focused mindset with ability to balance multiple priorities
- Verbal and written communication skills
- Basic proficiency with computer software
- Ability to respond quickly to changes in direction and unexpected situations
- Flexibility to work varied schedules based on operational needs
