Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain general safety of customers, employees, and store premises
- Assess and respond to emergency situations
- Perform monitoring and surveillance activities to identify internal or external theft and fraud indicators
- Conduct external and internal investigations and document loss prevention incidents
- Prepare and complete reports on theft incidents, merchandise recoveries, accident investigations, and audits
- Reduce and control inventory losses through audits and employee training
- Support and participate in store operations programs
