Role & Responsibilities
- Implement and maintain store loss-prevention strategies to protect merchandise, cash and assets while preserving a premium client experience.
- Monitor CCTV and physical store areas, conduct regular floor inspections and execute covert and overt surveillance as required.
- Investigate and document incidents of theft, fraud or safety breaches; prepare clear, timely reports and evidence packages for store management or authorities.
- Partner with store management, client-facing teams and external security or law-enforcement agencies to resolve incidents and reduce shrink.
- Conduct safety and security training for store staff, enforce compliance with company policies and contribute to daily opening/closing and cash-handling procedures.
- Maintain accurate logs, inventory control records and exception reporting; recommend and support process improvements to reduce risk.
Qualifications
- Clean criminal record and ability to pass background and eligibility checks.
- Professional training or certification in security, investigations or loss prevention (SIA license preferred for London roles).
- Strong observational skills, integrity and the ability to act calmly under pressure while maintaining a discreet, customer-focused demeanour.
- Right to work in the country of employment.

Typically 1–3 years in loss prevention, retail security, investigations or a closely related security role; experience within luxury retail or high-end hospitality is strongly preferred.
Education
