Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain general safety and security of customers, employees, and store premises
- Assess and respond to emergency situations and potential security threats
- Perform monitoring and surveillance activities to identify indicators of internal or external theft and fraud
- Conduct external and internal investigations, documenting all loss prevention incidents appropriately
- Prepare and complete detailed reports on theft incidents, merchandise recoveries, accident investigations, and audits
- Reduce and control inventory loss through systematic audits and employee training programs
- Support and participate in store operations programs and loss prevention initiatives
Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ years of experience in Loss Prevention or Asset Protection
