Role & Responsibilities
- Execute daily transaction monitoring and investigative analysis across MNR and RNR domains to identify anomalies and financial loss trends
- Analyze customer transactions and claims to detect fraudulent patterns including friendly fraud, high returns, and systematic abuse
- Build evidence-backed decisions to accept or reject suspect claims while maintaining operational integrity
- Transform investigation insights into actionable fraud prevention rules and proactive mitigation measures
- Contribute to cross-functional business strategies and continuous process improvement initiatives
- Maintain strict confidentiality protocols over all investigative data and proprietary fraud intelligence
Qualifications
- Proven experience with fraud platform technologies and loss prevention systems
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities to translate complex data into actionable insights

Skills
Experience
Proven professional experience in fraud investigation, loss prevention, or transaction monitoring within a retail, financial services, or e-commerce environment. Experience working with fraud platforms and identifying emerging fraud trends is essential.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Data Science, Economics, or related field preferred.
