Role & Responsibilities
- Organize and implement structural processes to optimize alterations department efficiency and effectiveness
- Drive positive outcomes through clear objectives, monitoring progress, and measuring results successfully

- Foster effective collaboration between the selling organization and the alterations department

3+ years of management experience with comparable operational volume, or demonstrable track record of successfully managing operations workforce and achieving measurable results. Experience in fitting or tailoring within a high-end or luxury merchandise setting is preferred but not required. Familiarity with performing alterations on a wide range of garments is advantageous.
Education
Bachelor's degree preferred.
