Alterations Manager position in Greenwich, FL. Lead luxury garment tailoring operations with experienced team oversight.
Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage all alterations operations, ensuring timely completion of garment modifications to luxury standards
- Supervise and train tailoring staff on proper alteration techniques and luxury brand quality expectations
- Manage workflow, scheduling, and workload distribution across the alterations department
- Maintain detailed records of alterations requests, customer specifications, and quality control measures
- Conduct quality inspections on completed alterations to ensure precision and adherence to luxury craftsmanship standards
- Collaborate with retail sales teams to communicate alteration timelines and special requests to clients
