Role & Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and operational support to all Alterations Associates to ensure exceptional service delivery and client satisfaction
- Organize and establish structural processes within the alterations department to enhance efficiency and consistency
- Drive positive outcomes through strategic objective-setting, progress monitoring, and results measurement
- Create a professional work environment by communicating and exemplifying the company's standards of excellence and service quality
- Foster effective collaboration between the selling organization and the Alterations department to align business goals
- Maintain consistently high customer service standards by recruiting, selecting, training, and developing quality professional Alterations Associates
- Deliver ongoing education, performance assessment, and constructive feedback to associates regarding quality, productivity, service standards, and departmental policies
- Manage scheduling flexibility to accommodate evening, weekend, and holiday business needs
Qualifications
- 3+ years of management experience with comparable operational volume or proven track record of success managing operations workforce and achieving results
- Ability to fit and perform alterations on a wide range of garments
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
- Fitting and tailoring experience in a high-end or luxury merchandise setting (preferred)
- Knowledge of the alterations industry, including fabrication and styling of luxury merchandise
- Flexibility to work evening, weekend, and holiday schedules as business needs require

Experience
3+ years of management experience with comparable volume or a proven track record of success managing operations workforce and achieving results. Fitting and tailoring experience in a high-end or luxury merchandise setting is preferred.
Education
4-year degree preferred.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 79,000 to USD 106,000 per annum.
