Leading luxury goods company in Paris hiring a 2nd Shift Warehouse Associate — evening shift role handling receiving, picking and inventory for high-end fashion.
Role & Responsibilities
- Execute receiving, inspection and put-away of inbound shipments according to quality and documentation standards.
- Pick, pack and stage customer and intercompany orders with strict adherence to presentation and packaging protocols required for luxury products.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely (forklift, pallet jack), and use RF scanners or WMS terminals to record inventory transactions.
- Perform regular cycle counts, reconcile discrepancies and support month-end inventory audits.
- Maintain a clean, secure and climate-appropriate storage environment, ensuring product integrity and loss prevention.
- Follow health & safety procedures and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to increase throughput and accuracy.
- Collaborate with inventory control, shipping and transportation teams to meet daily KPIs and shift targets.
Qualifications
- Valid forklift/industrial truck certification (preferred) or willingness to obtain certification.
- Ability to work the 2nd (evening) shift on a regular schedule, including some weekends if required.
- Demonstrated attention to detail and commitment to handling high-value merchandise with care.
- Strong physical stamina — ability to lift, carry and move merchandise routinely (up to company-specified limits).
- Basic numeracy and literacy for accurate stock recording and paperwork completion.
Skills
Experience
Typically 1+ year of hands-on warehouse or distribution experience, ideally within fashion, luxury goods, or retail logistics. Experience with evening or night shifts and familiarity with WMS and RF scanning is preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent.
