Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, personalised client service and build lasting client relationships to drive repeat business.
- Execute consultative selling behaviours to meet and exceed individual and store sales plans.
- Develop and maintain a client base through proactive outreach and in‑store relationship building.
- Maintain deep product knowledge across the footwear assortment and advise clients on fit, styling and care.
- Collaborate with vendor partners and store teams to maximise sales through events, trunk shows and client initiatives.
- Perform ad hoc store duties as required to support operations and the client experience.
