Role & Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain selling-floor presentation and "selling floor readiness" prior to store opening, executing high standards of visual presentation.
- Implement corporate visual directives and follow instructions from the Visual Manager and Corporate Visual team.
- Set up promotional displays, lettering, signage, and sale fixtures; support trunk shows and personal-appearance events with set-up and preparation.
- Replenish merchandise on the selling floor and within wall units to maintain visual integrity and inventory flow.
- Perform ad hoc visual and production tasks as required to support store operations and merchandising objectives.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of visual team experience in a major multi-level department store with a portfolio of completed projects.
- Demonstrable experience using carpentry tools safely and efficiently and application of painting techniques.
- Experience in basic production processes, material knowledge, styling, and fashion pulls.
- Strong awareness of current fashion and art trends and an ability to translate trends into compelling in-store displays.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint; Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator preferred.

Minimum two years of visual merchandising or visual team experience within a major, multi-level department store; must present a portfolio of past visual projects.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; vocational training or certificate in visual merchandising, design, or a related field preferred.
