Role & Responsibilities
- Create and maintain compelling store visuals and window displays that align with corporate visual standards and seasonal campaigns.
- Merchandise the selling floor and wall units, ensuring ‘‘selling floor readiness’’ prior to store opening.
- Drape and style mannequins, perform fashion pulls and execute on-floor styling to present cohesive brand narratives.
- Support promotional and sale set‑ups, including presentation, lettering and signage; assist with trunk shows and personal appearance preparations.
- Follow directives from the Visual Manager and Corporate Visual team; execute ad hoc visual and production tasks as required.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years' visual team experience in a major multi‑level department store with a demonstrable portfolio of past projects.
- Proven ability to use carpentry tools safely and efficiently and experience with painting techniques.
- Experience with basic production processes and material knowledge.
- Strong styling ability and hands‑on experience with fashion pulls.
- Deep awareness of current fashion and art trends and a portfolio evidencing creative execution.
- Proficiency in MS Office; Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator preferred.
- Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a can‑do attitude and the capacity to work with limited supervision.

Education
