Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee and implement visual placement, execution standards and corporate guideline directives across displays, fixtures, signage, lighting, wall presentations and visual assets.
- Design and maintain store flow and merchandising layouts to maximise full-price sales and enhance customer engagement.
- Execute and support in-store campaigns, window installations and promotional events to ensure brand consistency with corporate branding plans.
- Lead communication and coordination across store teams to resolve flow and presentation challenges and ensure operational continuity.
- Create visual concepts that generate customer excitement and drive conversion while adhering to safety and store protocols.
- Manage ad hoc visual projects, installations and event-related tasks as required.
Qualifications
- Associate or bachelor-level degree (2–4 year) in Fashion Merchandising, Fine Arts, Visual Merchandising or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive visual merchandising, display or exhibition experience, preferably within luxury retail or comparable environments.
- Portfolio or work samples demonstrating past window, event, exhibition or large-scale installation work (required).
- Proven ability to lead, motivate and develop cross-functional teams to achieve visual and commercial objectives.
- Experience in event planning, art exhibition or installation and familiarity with hands-on production techniques.
- Ability to lift and carry 25+ pounds, climb ladders and safely operate basic store equipment; comfortable working with paints, adhesives and hot-glue guns.

Minimum five years of related visual merchandising or display experience in positions of increasing responsibility, ideally within luxury or high-end retail environments.
Education
2–4 year degree in Fashion Merchandising, Fine Arts, Visual Merchandising or related field.
