Saks Fifth Avenue in Atlanta seeks a Visual Associate to manage inbound merchandise, floor presentation and customer fulfillment with luxury visual standards.
Role & Responsibilities
- Process inbound merchandise and prepare items for placement on the selling floor.
- Execute merchandise placement and presentation in accordance with visual merchandising standards.
- Participate in store projects including floor recovery, replenishment and on-floor merchandising fills.
- Locate and retrieve merchandise for customer orders and complete in-store fulfillment tasks.
- Provide responsive, high-quality customer service and promptly address customer needs.
- Perform ad hoc operational duties as required, including safe use of ladders, racks and carts.
- Operate company devices and systems (RF guns, POS/PC, mobile devices) to complete transactions and inventory tasks; drive company vehicle where required and permitted.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, climb ladders and safely handle racks and carts of merchandise.
- Proven ability to maintain visual merchandising standards and follow placement guidelines.
- Basic computer literacy with demonstrated facility using RF guns, PC, iOS devices, Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Flexible availability to work varied schedules consistent with store needs.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to operate a company vehicle when required (select doors only).
