Role & Responsibilities
- Execute consultative selling behaviours to meet and exceed individual and store sales plans.
- Build, maintain and grow a loyal client base through proactive clienteling and follow‑up.
- Maintain deep product knowledge of women's footwear and related fashion assortments.
- Partner with vendor partners to drive sales via events, trunk shows and co‑selling initiatives.
- Support ad hoc store responsibilities and contribute to an inspiring shopping environment.
