Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, personalized customer service to build long-term client relationships and repeat business.
- Achieve and exceed individual sales targets through disciplined selling behaviors and proactive client acquisition.
- Develop and maintain deep product knowledge of the women's contemporary assortment to guide client recommendations.
- Collaborate with vendor partners to create selling opportunities via trunk shows, events and coordinated promotions.
- Support store initiatives and perform ad hoc duties to ensure an elevated shopping experience.
Qualifications
- Proven track record of sales success and a client-focused mindset.
- Passion for and knowledge of women's contemporary fashion; able to act as a product expert.
- Self-motivated, goal-driven with a demonstrated ability to elevate team performance.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to provide consultative selling to diverse clientele.

Experience
Demonstrated retail sales experience with a history of meeting or exceeding sales targets; experience selling fashion or luxury brands preferred.
