Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, client-focused service that cultivates long-term relationships and drives repeat business.
- Implement consultative selling behaviours to meet and exceed individual and store sales targets.
- Prospect, develop and maintain a personal clientele through proactive outreach and personalised styling.
- Maintain up-to-date product and brand knowledge to provide authoritative fashion advice.
- Collaborate with vendor partners on trunk shows, client events and promotional initiatives to maximise sales opportunities.
- Perform ad hoc store responsibilities as required to support store operations and guest experience.
Qualifications
- Proven sales aptitude with a demonstrable, client-focused sales record.

Experience
