Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, consultative client service to build and sustain a loyal clientele and exceed individual sales targets.
- Implement prescribed selling behaviors and merchandising standards to drive sales performance and meet departmental plans.
- Maintain deep product knowledge across men's sportswear brands and communicate product features and styling recommendations confidently.
- Collaborate with vendor partners to maximise sales opportunities through client events, trunk shows and coordinated promotions.
- Support ad hoc store needs including visual merchandising, stock replenishment and point-of-sale transactions as required.
Qualifications
- Proven retail sales record with demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales goals; experience selling luxury or premium apparel preferred.
- Client-focused mindset with strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Confident, goal-driven attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Passion for men's fashion and the capacity to maintain current product and trend knowledge.
- Flexible availability to work retail hours, including evenings and weekends.
Skills
Experience
Accomplished retail sales experience is required; prior experience within luxury or premium apparel is strongly preferred and candidates should demonstrate a history of building client relationships and achieving sales targets.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; relevant retail or fashion training is a plus.
