Role & Responsibilities
- Employ consultative selling techniques to understand client needs and exceed individual and store sales targets.
- Develop and maintain a loyal clientele through proactive outreach, personalised service and follow-up.
- Maintain deep product knowledge of men's sportswear and furnishings to advise clients authoritatively.
- Collaborate with vendor partners to create sales-driving events and bespoke client-building activities.
- Support ad hoc store operations and participate in merchandising, events and inventory activities as needed.
Qualifications
- Proven sales track record with a client-focused approach and evidence of meeting or exceeding goals.
- Demonstrable passion for and knowledge of men's fashion; regarded as a product expert.
- Goal-driven, reliable and able to contribute positively to team performance.
- Comfortable collaborating with external vendor partners and participating in client events.

Experience
Prior retail sales experience within luxury or premium apparel, with demonstrated ability to build a client base and consistently achieve sales objectives.
