Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, personalized luxury client service to drive sales and exceed store targets.
- Develop and maintain a confidential clientele through proactive clienteling, outreach and follow‑up.
- Execute Saks selling behaviours and achieve individual KPIs and sales plans.
- Maintain deep product knowledge of men's luxury sportswear and advise clients on styling, fit and assortment.
- Collaborate with vendor partners to maximise sales via consultative selling, in‑store events and client building activities.
- Support store operations and ad hoc duties as required (merchandising, stock replenishment, visual standards).
Qualifications
- Proven sales track record in luxury, high‑end or multi‑brand retail environments.
- Demonstrable clienteling and relationship‑building capabilities.
