Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exemplary, personalized customer service to a discerning luxury clientele and cultivate long-term client relationships.
- Achieve and exceed individual sales targets through consultative selling and consistent application of Saks selling behaviors.
- Develop and maintain a proprietary clientele base and execute proactive clienteling activities (follow-ups, appointments, events).
- Sustain deep product knowledge of handbags and accessories and communicate brand and product stories with authority.
- Collaborate with vendor partners to maximize sales opportunities via in-store events, trunk shows, and joint client initiatives.
- Support store operations with ad hoc responsibilities as required (merchandising, stock management, event support).
Qualifications
- Proven sales record in luxury or premium retail with demonstrable client development success.
- Passion for fashion and accessories, with specialist knowledge of handbags and luxury brands.
- Goal-driven attitude with resilience, initiative and the ability to elevate team performance.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; confident in consultative selling and relationship building.
- Flexible availability to work retail hours including weekends, evenings and peak seasonal periods.

Experience
Demonstrated retail sales experience, preferably within luxury or premium fashion; a proven track record of building and retaining clientele is strongly preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary study in fashion, retail or a related field is a plus.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 16 to USD 19 per hour.
