Saks Fifth Avenue in Beverly Hills seeks a Part-time Style Advisor to deliver luxury client service and drive sales.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, personalized client service and cultivate long-term relationships through proactive clienteling and follow-up.
- Execute consultative selling to meet and exceed individual and store sales targets.
- Develop and maintain a proprietary client base and pursue opportunities to grow sales volume.
- Maintain deep product and brand knowledge; communicate product stories and features to clients.
- Collaborate with vendor partners and support store events, trunk shows, and promotional activities to maximise sales opportunities.
- Perform ad hoc store duties as required to support smooth retail operations and elevated client experiences.
Qualifications
- Proven track record of sales success in a retail or luxury environment; client-focused with demonstrable results.
- Passion for fashion and strong product knowledge; regarded as a subject-matter expert by clients.
- Goal-driven, self-motivated, dependable, and able to elevate peer performance.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport rapidly.
- Flexible availability to work retail hours, including evenings and weekends, as required by store demand.

Experience
Demonstrated experience in retail or luxury sales with a history of building and maintaining client relationships and meeting sales targets; prior experience in designer or multi-brand environments is advantageous.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; formal training or coursework in fashion, merchandising, or retail is preferred but not required.
