Role & Responsibilities
- Process inbound merchandise and oversee placement and presentation on the selling floor
- Maintain merchandise standards in compliance with visual merchandising guidelines
- Locate requested merchandise and complete orders placed by customers
- Provide excellent customer service and address customer needs promptly
- Participate in store projects including floor recovery, merchandise restocking, and supply replenishment
- Operate retail technology systems including RF guns, point-of-sale systems, and proprietary platforms
- Perform physical tasks including lifting, carrying, and arranging merchandise and equipment
Qualifications
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly
