Role & Responsibilities

• Oversee daily general office operations including safe management, controller functions, and register setup and distribution
• Process morning cash entries, bank deposits, chargeback reconciliation, and register and petty cash counts
• Investigate and resolve customer issues including payment research, bill processing, and package tracking
• Receive, verify, and properly book all jewelry according to company standards and shipping guidelines
• Process re-tickets, RTVs, transfers, ASN shipments, and price changes following established procedures
• Prepare merchandise for return or transfer to vendors in accordance with company standards
• Complete case counts, enter merchandise into the case count system post-receipt, and reconcile all discrepancies
• Maintain repair logs, track vendor and local shop repairs, and submit repair invoices
• Receive and verify merchandise for trunk shows; assist in setup, takedown, and results recap
• Prepare and submit special order requests and Statements of Sale as requested
• Ensure internal audit readiness by monitoring vault and safe contents and maintaining audit-compliant documentation
• Assist managers and selling floor associates as required
• Process fulfillment orders and support ad hoc operational needs

Qualifications

• Ability to lift cartons up to 15 lbs and handle racks and carts of merchandise
• Strong computer proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office
• Capacity to work effectively in fast-paced, team-oriented environments with minimal supervision
• Demonstrated attention to detail and personal workspace organization
• Knowledge and application of store policies and procedures in decision-making
• Professional verbal and written communication skills for telephone and in-person interactions
• Ability to maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information
• Flexibility to work varying schedules in accordance with business needs

Skills

Experience

1-2 years of experience in retail operations, general office administration, or jewelry department operations is preferred. Prior experience with luxury retail or high-value merchandise handling is advantageous.

Education

High school diploma or general educational development (GED) required.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 17.05 to USD 21.32 per hour.
