Role & Responsibilities

• Manage general office operations including opening procedures (safe, controller, registers), cash entry, bank deposits, and chargeback reconciliation
• Receive, verify, and properly book all jewelry merchandise in accordance with Company standards
• Process re-tickets, Returns-to-Vendor (RTV), transfers, Advance Ship Notice (ASN) shipments, and price changes
• Retrieve and process merchandise for returns and transfers to vendors following Company guidelines
• Conduct and reconcile case counts, ensuring all merchandise is entered into the case count system
• Maintain and monitor repair logs, track vendor and local shop repairs, and submit repair invoices
• Coordinate trunk show logistics including setup, takedown, and results analysis
• Prepare and submit special order requests and Statements of Sale as required
• Communicate with Corporate Merchants, Account Payable, Inventory Control, and vendors
• Ensure vault and safe contents remain audit-ready in compliance with Internal Audit standards
• Process fulfillment orders and assist sales floor associates as needed

Qualifications

• Ability to lift cartons up to 15 lbs, climb ladders, and handle racks and merchandise carts
• Strong proficiency with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with minimal supervision
• Flexible schedule availability to meet operational business needs
• Demonstrated attention to detail with an organized personal work space
• Ability to apply store policies and procedures in decision-making
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for phone and in-person interactions
• Discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive issues

Skills

Experience

The position requires operational experience in a retail or office environment, ideally with exposure to jewelry operations, inventory management, or cash handling procedures. Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and the ability to adapt to evolving technology platforms is essential.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent; any additional coursework in retail operations, business administration, or inventory management is advantageous.

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 17.05 to USD 21.32 per hour.
