Role & Responsibilities
- Open the store daily, including safe access, controller management, and register setup with report distribution
- Execute morning cash entry, process bank deposits, reconcile chargebacks, and maintain accurate register and petty cash counts
- Resolve internal and external customer issues through package tracking, payment research, and issue resolution
- Receive, verify, and properly book all jewelry inventory according to company standards
- Process re-tickets, returns-to-vendor (RTV), transfers, and ASN shipments with accuracy and compliance
- Maintain comprehensive case count records and reconcile all merchandise discrepancies
- Manage jewelry repair logs, track vendor and local shop repairs, and process repair invoices
- Coordinate trunk show logistics, including merchandise receipt, setup, breakdown, and results reporting
- Prepare and submit special order requests and Statements of Sale documentation
- Communicate with corporate merchants, accounts payable, inventory control, and external vendors
- Ensure audit readiness through vault and safe content monitoring and internal control compliance
- Support selling floor associates and management as operational demands require
- Process fulfillment orders according to company procedures
Qualifications
- Ability to lift cartons up to 15 lbs, climb ladders, and handle merchandise racks and carts
- Proficiency with Google applications, Microsoft Office suite, and retail management systems
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with effective telephone and face-to-face interaction capabilities
- Demonstrated attention to detail with organized personal work practices
