Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, personalized client service to cultivate long-term customer relationships and repeat business.
- Execute consultative selling to meet and exceed individual and store sales targets, with a particular focus on women's footwear.
- Proactively build and maintain a clientele base through outreach, follow-up, and participation in store events and vendor activations.
- Maintain deep product and brand knowledge across the footwear assortment and advise clients on styling, fit and care.
- Collaborate with vendor partners and internal teams to maximize sales opportunities during promotional events and trunk shows.
- Perform ad hoc retail duties including merchandising, stock management, and point-of-sale transactions as required.
Qualifications
- Proven sales aptitude with a demonstrable track record of meeting or exceeding targets, preferably in luxury retail or premium footwear.
- Client-focused mentality with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong product knowledge and genuine passion for fashion, particularly women's shoes.

Experience

Compensation
