Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, personalized customer service to build lasting client relationships and drive repeat business.
- Execute consultative selling techniques to meet and exceed individual and store sales targets.
- Develop and maintain a private clientele through proactive prospecting, follow-up and clienteling activities.
- Maintain comprehensive product knowledge of women's footwear assortments and associated brands.
- Collaborate with vendor partners to maximize selling opportunities through events, trunk shows and joint client outreach.
- Support in-store visual presentation, stock replenishment and ad hoc operational tasks to ensure a premium shopping environment.
Qualifications
