Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, personalized client service and represent the brand with professionalism on the sales floor.
- Implement consultative selling techniques to meet and exceed individual and store sales targets.
- Proactively develop and maintain a loyal clientele through clienteling and follow-up activities.
- Maintain deep product knowledge of women's footwear and related brands; translate product features into customer value.
- Collaborate with vendor partners to maximise sales opportunities, support store events, and drive client-building initiatives.
- Support store operational duties as required, including point-of-sale transactions, merchandising standards, and ad hoc assignments.
