Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, personalized client service and build long-term client relationships to drive repeat business.
- Execute consultative selling techniques to meet and exceed individual and store sales targets.
- Develop and maintain a clientele base through proactive outreach and clienteling activities.
- Maintain up-to-date product knowledge for women's footwear and handbags; act as a subject-matter expert for clients.
- Collaborate with vendor partners to maximize sales opportunities through product presentations, store events and joint client initiatives.
- Support store operations and perform ad hoc tasks to ensure a premium shopping environment.
Qualifications
- Proven sales record with measurable achievement of sales goals, preferably in luxury or premium retail.
- Strong clienteling and relationship-building skills with a client-focused sales approach.
- Deep interest in and knowledge of fashion, specifically women's footwear and handbags.
- Goal-driven, dependable and able to contribute positively to team performance.
- Willingness to work a retail schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays as required.

Experience
Demonstrated experience in retail sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets; experience in luxury or multi-brand environment preferred, with selling experience in women's footwear and handbags considered an asset.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; retail- or fashion-related coursework or certifications are advantageous.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 13 to USD 18 per hour.
