Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver consultative, client-focused selling to develop and retain a loyal clientele and consistently exceed sales targets.
- Implement Saks’ selling behaviors and service standards to maximize conversion and average transaction value.
- Maintain deep product knowledge of women's designer assortments and communicate brand narratives to clients.
- Collaborate with vendor partners to execute promotional opportunities, trunk shows and store events that drive demand.
- Support store operations and perform ad-hoc duties as required to ensure a seamless luxury shopping experience.
Qualifications
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals, ideally within a luxury or premium retail environment.
