Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, personalized client service to build lasting customer relationships and repeat business.
- Implement consultative selling behaviors to meet and exceed individual and store sales plans.
- Develop and grow a proprietary clientele through proactive outreach, follow-up, and clienteling activities.
- Maintain deep product knowledge of contemporary women's brands and translate that knowledge into tailored recommendations.
- Collaborate with brand/vendor partners to maximize sales opportunities via events, trunk shows and coordinated client activity.
- Support store operations and perform ad hoc duties as business needs require.
Qualifications
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building client relationships.
- Passion for fashion with strong knowledge of contemporary women's apparel and trends.
- Goal‑oriented, dependable, and self-motivated with the capacity to elevate team performance.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; comfortable engaging high‑value clientele.
- Flexible availability to work retail shifts, including nights, weekends and peak shopping periods.
Skills
Experience
Demonstrated retail sales experience with measurable results; experience in luxury, multi‑brand or contemporary womenswear retail is advantageous. Proven history of developing client lists and meeting sales KPIs preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; retail or fashion-related coursework is a plus.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 13 to USD 18 per hour.
