Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, personalized customer service to build long‑term client relationships and increase sales volume.
- Implement consultative selling behaviors and consistently exceed individual and store sales plans.
- Develop and maintain an active clientele through outreach, follow‑up and tailored product recommendations.
- Maintain deep product knowledge across the women's contemporary assortment and translate trends into client solutions.
- Collaborate with vendor partners to maximise sales through in‑store events, trunk shows and co‑selling opportunities.
- Support ad hoc store activities and contribute to a high‑performance retail environment.
