Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, personalized customer service and cultivate long-term client relationships to drive repeat business.
- Execute targeted selling behaviors to meet and exceed individual and store sales plans.
- Proactively develop and maintain a clientele base through outreach, clienteling and in-person engagement.
- Maintain up-to-date product knowledge across the women's contemporary assortment and advise clients on styling and fit.
- Collaborate with vendor partners to maximize sales through consultative selling, brand events and client-building initiatives.
- Perform ad hoc store responsibilities as required to support store operations and special events.

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 10 to USD 19 per hour.
