Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional, personalised customer service to build long-term client relationships and drive repeat business.
  • Implement consultative selling techniques to meet and exceed individual and store sales targets.
  • Develop and maintain a proprietary clientele through proactive outreach, clienteling and follow-up.
  • Maintain comprehensive product and brand knowledge across the contemporary assortment to advise clients authoritatively.
  • Collaborate with vendor partners and store teams to execute events, trunk shows and targeted client initiatives that maximise sales opportunities.
  • Perform ad hoc store duties as required to support operational needs and ensure an elevated customer experience.

Experience
