Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, consultative customer service to build long-term client relationships and increase sales volume.
- Implement recommended selling behaviours and consistently meet or exceed individual sales plans and KPIs.
- Develop and maintain a personal clientele through outreach, follow-up and personalised styling.
- Maintain deep product and brand knowledge of the swimwear assortment to advise on fit, fabric and styling.
- Collaborate with vendor partners on in-store events, trunk shows and promotional activities to maximise sales.
- Support store operations as required, including merchandising, stock management and point-of-sale transactions.
Qualifications
- Proven track record of sales success, preferably in luxury or high-end retail.
- Demonstrable client-focused attitude with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Passion for fashion and category expertise in swimwear, fit and styling.
- Goal-driven, dependable and able to work collaboratively in a fast-paced retail environment.

Experience
Proven experience in retail sales with a history of meeting or exceeding sales targets; luxury or specialty apparel experience strongly preferred. Typically 1+ years of relevant retail experience.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; additional retail, fashion or sales training preferred.
