Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, personalized customer service and cultivate long‑term client relationships through proactive clienteling and follow‑up
- Implement proven selling behaviors to meet and exceed individual and store sales plans
- Develop and retain a clientele base through outreach, event participation and consultative selling
- Maintain deep product knowledge of swimwear assortments, designers and seasonal trends
- Collaborate with vendor partners and internal teams to maximise sales opportunities during promotional events and trunk shows
