Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, personalized customer service and create long‑term client relationships through proactive clienteling.
- Implement consultative selling behaviours to meet and exceed individual and store sales plans.
- Develop and maintain a loyal clientele base through outreach, follow‑up and relationship management.
- Acquire and maintain deep product knowledge across the contemporary brand assortment and communicate product value to clients.
- Collaborate with vendor partners to maximise sales opportunities, support in‑store events and co‑curated client experiences.
- Support ad hoc store needs, merchandising tasks and operational activities as required.
Qualifications
- Proven sales orientation with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets; client‑focused disposition.
