Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, personalized customer service and build long‑term client relationships
- Execute consultative selling techniques to meet and exceed individual and store sales plans
- Develop and maintain a loyal clientele through proactive outreach and clienteling
- Acquire and retain deep product and brand knowledge to advise clients accurately
- Collaborate with vendor partners to maximise sales opportunities through events, promotions and in‑store activations
- Perform ad hoc store duties and contribute to a high-performing retail environment
