Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, personalized customer service and exceed individual sales targets through consultative selling.
- Develop and maintain a robust clientele via proactive outreach, clienteling and follow-up.
- Maintain deep product knowledge of brands and collections to provide authoritative styling advice.
- Collaborate with vendor partners on events, trunk shows and promotional activities to drive sales and client acquisition.
- Perform ad-hoc store duties as required to support store operations and merchandising standards.
Qualifications
- Proven retail sales performance with a demonstrable client-focused approach.
- Passion for and knowledge of fashion and luxury brands; ability to act as a product expert.
- Goal-driven, dependable and able to elevate team performance.

Experience
Previous experience in retail sales—preferably within luxury, multi-brand or department store environments—with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals and building a repeat client base.
Education

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 13 to USD 18 per hour.
