Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, personalized service to luxury clients and cultivate long-term relationships to drive repeat business.
- Implement disciplined selling behaviors and consistently achieve or exceed assigned sales plans and KPIs.
- Develop and maintain an active clientele through proactive outreach, clienteling and follow-up.
- Maintain strong product knowledge across the brands carried and advise clients with authority and style expertise.
- Collaborate with vendor partners to maximize sales opportunities through in-store events, trunk shows and coordinated client initiatives.
- Support store operations and perform ad hoc tasks to ensure an elevated shopping environment.

The successful candidate will be located in Naples, Florida, USA, with easy access to Miami.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 13 to USD 18 per hour.
