Role & Responsibilities
- Execute consultative selling behaviours to meet and exceed individual and store sales targets.
- Develop and maintain a loyal clientele through proactive outreach and personalised service.
- Maintain deep product knowledge across offered brands and communicate features and value to clients.
- Collaborate with vendor partners to maximise sales opportunities, support brand events, and build client relationships.
- Support store events, merchandising activities and ad‑hoc operational responsibilities as required.
Qualifications
- Proven track record of retail sales achievement; client‑focused with demonstrated ability to build long‑term relationships.
- Passion for fashion and strong product knowledge of luxury brands.
- Goal‑driven, dependable, and able to elevate peer performance through a positive work ethic.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; able to present product and curate client experiences.
- Flexible availability to support peak retail hours, including weekends and holidays.

Experience
Demonstrated retail sales experience with a history of meeting or exceeding sales targets; experience in a luxury or multi‑brand environment is preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; post‑secondary study in fashion, merchandising or business is a plus.
