Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, personalized customer service and cultivate long-term client relationships.
- Implement proven selling behaviors to meet and exceed individual and store sales plans.
- Develop and maintain a clientele base through proactive outreach and clienteling.
- Maintain deep product knowledge across offered brands and advise clients on styling and fit.
- Collaborate with vendor partners to maximise sales through consultative selling, in-store events and client-building activities.
- Support ad hoc store responsibilities and contribute to an elevated retail environment.
