Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, personalised customer service and maintain high standards of client experience across all interactions.
- Implement consultative selling behaviours to consistently meet and exceed individual and store sales plans and KPIs.
- Build, retain and grow a loyal clientele through proactive outreach, clienteling and follow‑up.
- Maintain deep product and brand knowledge; act as an expert resource for clients and vendor partners.
- Collaborate with vendor partners to maximise sales opportunities through in‑store events and joint client initiatives.
- Support store operations and perform ad‑hoc duties as required to ensure a seamless shopping environment.
Qualifications
- Proven track record of retail sales, preferably within luxury fashion or premium brands.
- Client‑focused attitude with demonstrated ability to build lasting client relationships and achieve sales goals.
- Strong commercial instincts and the drive to exceed targets; goal‑oriented and dependable.
- Passion for and knowledge of fashion, with the confidence to advise clients authoritatively.

Skills
Experience
Demonstrated retail sales experience with a proven record of meeting or exceeding targets; experience in luxury or premium apparel is strongly preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; post‑secondary coursework or certification in fashion, retail or business is a plus.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 13 to USD 18 per hour.
