Saks Fifth Avenue (Boston) seeks a Selling Advisor — Men's Clothing/Shoes/Furnishings. Full-time onsite; hourly $15.00–$23.10.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales through consultative, client-focused selling.
  • Consistently meet and exceed individual sales targets and contribute to store KPIs.
  • Build, maintain and expand a long-term clientele through proactive clienteling and follow-up.
  • Develop and maintain deep product and brand knowledge across men's apparel, footwear and furnishings.
  • Collaborate with vendor partners and internal teams to execute events, trunk shows and client experiences that maximize sales opportunities.
  • Perform ad hoc operational tasks as required to support store performance and presentation.

Qualifications

  • Proven sales track record, preferably within luxury or premium retail.
  • Strong clienteling ability with a demonstrated aptitude for building long-term customer relationships.
  • Detail-oriented, results-driven and motivated by competitive targets.
  • Deep passion for menswear and thorough knowledge of contemporary and designer brands.

Experience
